The color printer is having issues with color streaks. I have worked with CTS and numerous parts have been replaced but to no avail. There is a ticket in on it and CTS is working on it. For now there is a color printer in Sheard and I believe in the Alpine lab in Flagg Hall

Printer 2 is still experiencing the firmware error. CTS is actively working on it. The 2 other B&W printers seem to be holding up under the added workload.

There is an out of order sign on Printer 2 due to a firmware error. I have set it to reject jobs and put in a ticket with CTS

Printing through the lorax2 print server is unavailable (Printing is down) CTS is working on it but there is no estimate on the completion time

CTS is picking up the color printer- crbrefcl and taking it back to the helpdesk for cleaning and repair. When it is finished they will bring it back right away

Although the problem has been fixed for the majority of the computers there is still a handful that are still having an issue. CTS wants to look at these individually so they need decal numbers. I have the decals for the 2 computers directly to the right of the printers and the 2 print only stations that are having this problem. If anyone reports this issue at any computers other than the 4 I mentioned please get the decal number off the back of the computer and email it to me right away. I will add it to the list for the ticket.

Printer number 2 has been set to reject jobs and placed out of order. CTS has been notified. This is due to the need for the imaging unit which is on order and will hopefully be in today or tomorrow

The email log in problem seems to be fixed

There is an issue with Email and the calendar preventing people from logging in. CTS is aware and is working on it
