Halloween is probably one of the most exciting times in Potsdam.  It’s not just one day, but an entire weekend.  Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday…all Halloween as far as we’re concerned.  This time around was especially fun because CariDanco had a special performance.  We were doing Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” as a flash mob at “Night at the MADSTOP,” a community event held here on campus with games, a haunted house, bands and more.  All proceeds went to benefit the Humane Society, so it was especially gratifying knowing that we were helping them out, too.  We all dressed up as zombies and my friend Rico helped us with our make-up.  Everyone had a special character; I was Pocahontas Zombie, Tessa was Prom Queen Zombie, Jocelyn and Brian were Barbie and Ken zombie, Krys was Gangster Zombie…it was probably the most fun performance I’ve ever been a part of.  We’ve all become so close this semester; it’s like our little CariDanco family!  Happy Halloween – love, CariDanco.
