This Thursday from 3 to 6 pm. Crumb Library will be hosting the 2nd annual “Library Expo.” Many students will be exploring the library – and noise levels will be above normal. If you need a quiet place – Crumb is probably not a good choice this Thursday afternoon. Following this event, you can expect the usual quiet “zones” throughout the library.

The fall 2007 semester at the libraries introduces a few changes. Our web site is substantially revised – to keep up with the expanding online information resources and new web page technologies. Many more of the libraries’ services and resources are just one click away, using the drop-down menus that are found on every page.

Linking to our periodicals is now done with a different service. You will see buttons for “Article Linker” rather than the familiar “SFX” icons. The function is the same. Also because of this change, you will need to replace the “bookmarklet” for Periodicals Search if you had installed one of those in your browser toolbar. Just delete the old one and drag in the new one from the bookmarklets page.
