Our library collections are for sharing. When a book or other library material you need is checked out, you can place a request to get it as soon as it is returned. If you sign in to your library account when searching BearCat, you will have the option to request books while viewing their record. You can also ask staff at the Circulation or Reference Desks for a form to place a request, or, simply send us an e-mail at

If you don’t place a hold request on checked out items, the current borrower has the option to renew or re-sign out the material.

Any questions? Please ask! We will work to get you to the resources you need for assignments and research!
