During the week of Mar. 17,  JSTOR will change its search interface.  You can see the changes that are coming by visiting their new platform preview site.  You will not need to make any changes (your bookmarks will still work), and JSTOR promises enhanced functionality, of course.

The libraries have acquired a number of e-book collections, and more are on the way. Some of these e-books are only findable by going directly to the e-book collection – such as the Books 24×7 and Gale Virtual Reference Library collections. The records for one large collection, NetLibrary, have been added to BearCat. These NetLibrary books, about 1400 of them, can be viewed from links in the BearCat record. An example:

Items in Location Internet Resources : LC1201 .S53 1999eb

Web link LinkAn electronic book accessible through the World Wide Web; click for information
Author LinkShapiro, Arthur H., 1938-
Title Everybody belongs [computer file] : changing negative attitudes toward classmates with disabilities / Arthur Shapiro.
Publisher New York : Garland Pub., 1999.

These titles are also viewable from off-campus once you have authenticated through the off-campus log-in.

More e-books will be added; and more records from current e-book collections will be incorporated into BearCat. If you have any questions about use of or access to our e-books, contact the library at: Ask-a-librarian
