Printer #3 continues to display an error- “Reinstall missing or unresponsive cartridge ” I am investigating this but in the mean time open the lid, pull the toner out then put it back in and close the lid.

Moodle is not allowing anyone to log in. The problem has been reported to CTS, they are working on it.

The waste toner box for the color printer has been replaced

The color printer needs the waste toner box changed. A new one is in route with the shipment of toners and should be here this week. It should continue to print for quite a while like this.

The parts have been delivered and installed, the color printer is up and running

The color printer is currently out of order. I am waiting for the toner cartridges to be delivered. There is a color printer located in the Kellas Hall Computer Lab for people to use.

The color printer is showing the message that the Magenta Drum Catridge and the Yellow Drum Cartridge need to be replaced. They are on order and should be here any day now. They will be replaced as soon as the new ones arrive. The printer will keep printing in the meantime so no worries.

We DO NOT provide anything for the Honors Lounge located in the basement. This includes printer supplies- paper or toner. We also do not provide tech support for the computers or printers down there. If anyone reports issues pertaining to the computers or printers they need to go to the Center for Applied Learning for help.
