SUNY will be performing maintenance that will affect SPSS on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 between Midnight and 7:00 A. M. It may not be possible to launch SPSS during this time.
Access to O365 has been restored. If you are still unable to access it, quit and restart your web browser.
The CTS Helpdesk will be CLOSED on July 3rd, 2017. E-mails and voice messages will be returned beginning on July 5th, 2017.

We have many reports from people unable to access Helios. CTS is aware of the problem and is investigating.
SPSS may be unavailable today, May 15, 2017, between the hours of 5:00 P. M. and 8:00 P. M. while SUNY performs updates/maintenance on its license servers.
Access to Helios shares has been restored. Thank you to everyone who reported the problem and worked with us to resolve it.
The Helios file server is experiencing problems this morning. CTS Staff are working on the problem and coordinating with users who have reported the problem.
Production Banner will be offline on Friday, May 5, 2017 and Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 8:00 P. M. To Midnight on both days while software updates are applied.
