We have many reports from people unable to access Helios. CTS is aware of the problem and is investigating.
Several server systems suffered an unscheduled outage from approximately 9:50 to 10:15 today, including the directory pages for the campus web site. All systems have been restored without data loss, and should be operating normally now. CTS apologizes for the inconvenience.
SPSS may be unavailable today, May 15, 2017, between the hours of 5:00 P. M. and 8:00 P. M. while SUNY performs updates/maintenance on its license servers.

EMS room scheduling software will be unavailable from 4:00pm – 5:00pm on Friday 4/21, for software upgrades.
CTS will be performing network maintenance between 9:00 P. M. and 2:00 A. M. Wednesday, April 19th and Thursday, April 20th. This maintenance will result in brief, rolling network outages in all buildings and locations on campus. It is anticipated that most systems will be unaffected. Anyone having trouble getting online on Thursday and Friday morning should reboot their device. If trouble persists, report it to the CTS Helpdesk at 315-267-4444.
